Refund policy

At Signature Sparkle Designs, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality jewelry products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Customized or engraved jewelry items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship it back to the address provided by our support team.
